1. Description of Service

Hello Agents provides an AI-driven inbound phone answering service. Our platform utilizes artificial intelligence to interact with callers, provide information, and record messages. Hello Agents is an inbound-only service; we do not facilitate outgoing calls.

2. User Responsibility & Configuration

The User acknowledges that the effectiveness, tone, and accuracy of the AI agent are directly dependent on the instructions and data provided by the User.

  • Configuration: The User is solely responsible for configuring the AI’s persona, knowledge base, and response logic.
  • Testing: It is the User’s responsibility to test the AI configuration to ensure it meets their specific professional standards and legal requirements before deploying it to live callers.

3. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Hello Agents provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AI Output: We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or appropriateness of the statements made by the AI. The User understands that AI may occasionally produce incorrect, unexpected, or "hallucinated" information.
  • Third-Party Input: We are not responsible for the conduct, language, or actions of the callers (third parties) interacting with the service.
  • No Warranty: Hello Agents disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability of the service. We are not liable for any loss of business, missed opportunities, or reputational damage resulting from AI interactions.

4. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hello Agents and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the User's configuration of the AI or the AI’s interactions with the User's customers.

5. Text Messages

The User can opt-in to receive text message notifications by going to My Account > Hello Agents Dashboard > Settings > Notifications and then checking the checkbox for Text Notifications. Message and data rates may apply. These text messages will only be used to notify the User each time their AI agent answers a phone call. The message frequency will depend on how often the agent receives incoming calls.

To opt-out, the User can go to My Account > Hello Agents Dashboard > Settings > Notifications and uncheck the checkbox for Text Notifications. Additionally, the User can opt-out by replying STOP, or get Hello Agents customer support contact info by replying HELP.

Disclosure: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
